Optional website measurement

If you allow analytics, RAW records the public pages you view, links and buttons you click, approximate active time, scroll depth, device category, and the source or campaign that brought you here. We use a random browser ID stored for up to 30 days and group activity into visits. This is not a name or a device fingerprint.

We do not record keystrokes, form contents, session-replay videos, or precise location. Country may be supplied by the hosting platform. We do not store raw IP addresses in the analytics reports. Temporary hashed network identifiers help limit abusive requests.

A saved service or fleet request can be associated with its visit so RAW can measure which sources lead to inquiries. The customer information in that request remains in RAW’s service or company records, rather than being copied into click reports.

Raw visit and event measurement is kept for up to 90 days. Browser settings, blockers, and declined analytics can prevent measurement. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals for this optional tracking.

Service requests and team access

When you request service, RAW receives the contact, vehicle, service, and attachment details you submit so the team can handle your request. Transactional messages use RAW’s email delivery provider. Staff sign-in uses a secure session cookie and one-time email codes. These functions work without optional analytics.
