How do I book an auto repair at RAW?
Use the online service request to choose your vehicle, select the problem areas, and add any notes. RAW follows up to confirm availability. Submitting the form is an appointment request, not a confirmed appointment.
Can I send pictures or a video of the problem?
Yes. The service request accepts up to three files, including photos or one short video, with a 20 MB total limit. A clear picture of the problem area or a short recording of the noise can help explain what you are experiencing.
What are RAW’s business hours?
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Saturday–Sunday: Closed. Call the shop to confirm availability before bringing in your vehicle.
Repairs, estimates & custom work
Does RAW do engine repair and engine replacement?
Yes. RAW handles engine diagnosis, mechanical engine repairs, replacement engines, and swap projects. Tell the team the year, make, model, engine, and symptoms so they can review fitment and the scope of work.
Can RAW replace control arms or repair suspension?
Yes. Suspension and control-arm work are core services. Describe clunks, loose handling, uneven tire wear, or other symptoms in the service request so RAW can plan an inspection.
Can I get a repair price before approving the work?
RAW reviews the problem and explains the proposed work before repairs begin. The price depends on diagnosis, the vehicle, parts, and labor. Ask the shop about any diagnostic charge and request an estimate for your specific vehicle.
Does RAW offer air-conditioning service?
No. RAW does not currently provide automotive air-conditioning service. The repair menu covers engine work, suspension, diagnostics, brakes, electrical issues, and other listed services.
Does RAW work on custom projects?
Yes. RAW takes inquiries for custom paint and body work, tint, audio, lighting, fabrication, and upgrades. Share your vehicle, goals, and reference photos so the team can discuss the project and availability.
Business vehicles & towing
Can RAW maintain our company vehicles?
Yes. RAW works with business fleets, dealers, and commercial accounts. Share the number and types of vehicles, current service needs, and downtime concerns. The team can discuss a service arrangement that fits the business.
Can RAW be a backup shop for our fleet?
You can contact RAW about backup repair support when your regular provider is booked. Availability and vehicle requirements are reviewed with the team before work is scheduled.
Can I request towing if my vehicle will not drive?
Contact RAW before arranging a drop-off. The shop can discuss local towing availability, loading requirements, and the current charge for your vehicle and location.
