Nonprofit & Church Vehicle Maintenance

Nonprofits and churches can contact RAW about maintenance for vans and passenger vehicles used in their operations. Start with the vehicle details, service history, and upcoming travel dates; RAW will confirm the work it can accept.

Plan around trips and volunteer availability

Provide the next planned use date and arrange time for assessment before that date. Name the person responsible for delivery and collection, especially when several volunteers share the vehicle. Do not rely on a last-minute appointment being available.

Consider time as well as mileage

A lightly used passenger vehicle still needs attention under its manufacturer’s schedule. Bring records of maintenance, storage, battery concerns, fluid leaks, or unusual braking and steering behavior for the shop to review.

Make handoffs straightforward

Assign one approval contact and keep invoices with the vehicle’s records. Ask drivers to pass on new concerns before the next trip. Confirm any specialized inspection or passenger-transport requirements separately; routine service is not a certification.

Talk to RAW about your fleet

Starting rate: $100 per hour for all fleet work.

Tell us about your vehicles, service needs, and operating schedule. RAW will confirm fit, pricing, and availability.
